AS Groups was founded in July 2019 with a single mission: to bring the purest coconut products from India's tropical farms directly to industries, retailers, and consumers around the world. Starting with copra processing and coconut oil extraction, we rapidly expanded our facility to include a full suite of coir-based manufacturing units.
Today, we operate four specialized production lines - a copra making unit, X Pillar machine, coir chips machine, and rope machine - all housed under one roof, ensuring complete control over quality from raw coconut to finished product.

Copra making unit
Sourcing coconuts is the initial stage in our production process, where we carefully select the finest coconuts to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. Our commitment to delivering premium coconut-based goods starts with partnering with trusted and sustainable coconut farms. The coconuts are sourced directly from trusted local farmers or through traders. And they are graded and controlled of quality accordance with the set standard before arrive to our coconut processing plant.
X Pillar machine
The X Pillar machine at AS Groups is a high-capacity coir pith processing unit designed to separate, screen, and compress raw coco peat into finished blocks and grow bags. The machine's precision-engineered compression system ensures uniform block density - a critical factor for consistent expansion ratios and EC levels that international horticultural buyers demand.
Coir chips machine
Our coir chips machine processes the thick outer husk of coconuts into coarse chip-grade substrate - the preferred media for orchid and anthurium cultivation worldwide. The machine cuts, sizes, and screens coconut husk pieces to a consistent chip size (10-25 mm), washes them to reduce EC, and dries them to optimal moisture levels before compression.
Rope machine
AS Groups' rope machine converts premium brown coir fibre into multi-strand twisted coir ropes for agricultural, marine, and industrial markets. The machine precisely controls strand tension and twist pitch, producing ropes with consistent breaking strength and diameter from 6 mm to 50 mm.
